进口自力式调节阀

进口自力式调节阀无需外加能源，利用被调介质自身能量为动力源，引入执行机构控制阀芯位置，改弯两端的压差和流量，使阀前（或阀后）压力稳定。德国汉克(HANK)自力式调节阀具有动作灵敏，密封性好，压力设定点波动力小等优点，广泛应用于气体、液体及蒸汽介质减压稳压或泄压稳压的自动控制。

1、直接作用式调节阀

又称为弹簧负载式调节阀，其结构内有弹性元件：如弹簧、波纹管、波纹管式的温包等，利用弹性力与反馈信号平衡的原理。

2、间接作用式调节阀

增加了一个指挥器（先导阀）它起到对反馈信号的放大作用然后通过执行机构，驱动主阀阀瓣运动达到改变阀开度的目的。

如果是压力调节阀，反馈信号就是阀的出口压力，通过信号管引入执行机构。

如果是流量调节阀，阀的出口处就有一个孔板（或者是其他阻力装置）由孔板两端取出压差信号引入执行机构。

如果是温度调节阀，阀的出口就有温度传感器（或者温包）通过温度传感器内介质的热胀冷缩驱动执行机构。

1、阀在气体或低粘度液体介质中使用时，通常自力式调节阀为直立安装在水平管上，当位置空间不允许时才倒装或斜装。

2、为便于现场维修及操作，调压阀四周应留有适当空间。

3、当介质为洁净气体或液体时，阀前过滤器可不安装。

4、调压阀通径过大(DN≥100 时)，应有固定支架。

5、位置实在不允许时，旁通阀(手动)可以省略(我们不推荐)。

6、阀组后根据需要用户可选配止回阀、安全阀等。

7、阀在蒸汽或高粘度液体介质中使用时，通常自力式调节阀为倒立安装在水平管上，冷凝器(蒸汽用自力式)应高于调压阀的执行机构而低于阀前后接管。使用前冷凝器应灌满冷水，以后约 3个月灌水一次。

If it is a temperature control valve, the valve outlet has a temperature sensor (or temperature package) through the temperature sensor medium thermal expansion and contraction drive actuator.
